Since our inception, Amekudzi. Amekudzi & Associates has been totally focused on building a strategic, quality search practice.

Amekudzi, Amekudzi & Associates Limited is a Management and Development consulting firm with private and public sector exposure that seeks to empower companies and organizations to achieve their full potential by providing bespoke solutions through advisory services in human resources management, training and facilitation, organization development and sustainability.

 

By working closely with our clients, we seek to deliver tailored solutions covering strategies, interventions and support that best address the issue(s) in question and enable sustainable implementation as well as sustainable outcomes. Indeed, as said by James Muir, CEO of Best Practice International and a bestselling author, “prescription without diagnosis is malpractice”.

Daniel K Amekudzi

Managing Partner

Managing Partner of Amekudzi, Amekudzi and Associates Limited is Daniel Kwabla Amekudzi. An experienced Human Resource professional and Facilitator with experiences spanning multiple industries, sizes of businesses, state and privately owned enterprises. He has worked with erstwhile Ghana National Trading Corporation (GNTC), The Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Ghana Limited, National Health Insurance Authourity, Primex Ghana Limited / Conserveria Ghana Limited and GB Foods Africa.

 

Daniel holds a Bsc. Administration from School of Administration, Legon now University of Ghana Business School, a Post Graduate Diploma in Organization Development from University of Cape Coast and Organization Capacity Improvement Consultants International. In addition he is a TPMA Certified Trainer from the IFC and Learning Performance Institute and holds an M.A in Small Business Management from University of Education, Winneba / Methodist University College, Ghana.

Yaa Peprah Amekudzi

Partner

Yaa Peprah Amekudzi is Partner of Amekudzi, Amekudzi and Associates Limited. An experienced professional whose area of expertise is Sustainable Human and Social Development; and Strategic Policymaking and Management. Yaa’s work as a Strategist, Facilitator, Trainer, Researcher, Moderator and Development Worker, has taken her to Belgium, Burkina Faso, Canada, Cote D’Ivoire, Denmark, England, Ethiopia, Finland, France, Kenya, Liberia, Malaysia, Mexico, the Netherlands, Nigeria, Norway, the Philippines, Rwanda, Scotland, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Sweden, Switzerland, Tanzania, Togo, Uganda, USA, Zambia and extensively to 215 districts in Ghana.

 

Since 1995, Yaa Amekudzi has moderated and facilitated interventional changes for organizations including UK DFID Health Office, Trade Union Congress of Ghana, ActionAid Ghana, DANIDA, various government departments and agencies in Ghana; GTZ Programme for Rural Action; British VSO; Technoserve; GTZ Legal Pluralism Project; CEDEP Women’s Forum; USAID-funded Schooling Improvement Fund; Aid to Artisans, Ghana; ABANTU for Development; Rural Health School; Kuapa Kokoo Ltd; SNV – Netherlands Development Organization; The Ark Foundation; Social Investment Fund, Legal Awareness for Women in Africa, and Save the Children UK. She also worked extensively in the Cocoa Industry of Ghana with emphasis on sustainable cocoa production as well as being a Regional Expert on Gender and Child Protection

 

Yaa had her formal education in Ghana earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration; a Diploma in Communications; a Master of Public Health Degree; a Certificate in Gestalt Organisation and Systems Development; and an Executive MBA in Project Management. She has also been an international student in Norway on AFS; and in USA on the International Visitor Leadership Program.
